1. Who We Are

Allocent is operated by Vello Industry SAS ("Allocent," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide investor relations infrastructure technology to public companies ("Clients"), including website visitor de-anonymization, shareholder intelligence, investor scoring, email activation, search distribution, and paid advertising management.

This Privacy Policy covers:

  • Information collected when you visit allocent.ai (this website)
  • Information collected about investors through our Reveal™ de-anonymization service deployed on Client IR websites
  • Information uploaded to our platform by Clients (NOBO and Transfer Agent lists)
  • Information processed in connection with our advertising and email services

2. Our Identity Resolution Data Partner

Our Reveal™ website de-anonymization service is powered in part by a third-party identity resolution provider. When a Client deploys the Allocent pixel on their IR website, our partner's technology matches anonymous visitor sessions to named individuals using a proprietary identity graph — not cookies.

Opt-out of investor identification: If you wish to opt out of being identified through any website that uses Allocent's Reveal™ service, you may do so at: this opt-out page. You must opt out from each browser you use.

Allocent does not sell personal information to third parties.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Allocent.ai Website Visitors

When you visit allocent.ai, we may collect:

  • Browser type, IP address, and device identifiers
  • Pages visited and time spent
  • Referral source
  • Contact information you voluntarily submit (demo request forms, contact forms)

We use this to operate the website, respond to inquiries, and market our services. We do not sell this information.

3.2 Investors Identified Through Reveal™

When an Allocent Client deploys our pixel on their IR website, the following may be collected about visitors:

  • Name, email address, and professional information (firm, title)
  • IP address and browser identifiers
  • Pages visited and engagement behavior on the Client's IR website
  • Inferred investor type (institutional, HNW, retail)

This data is provided to the Client as part of the Reveal™ service. The Client is the data controller for data collected on their IR website; Allocent acts as a data processor. The underlying identification is powered by our identity resolution partner's data infrastructure.

Opt-out: To opt out of being identified when visiting any website using Allocent's Reveal™ service, use this opt-out page.

3.3 NOBO and Transfer Agent Data

Clients may upload NOBO (Non-Objecting Beneficial Owner) lists and Transfer Agent PDFs to our Shareholder Intelligence platform. This data includes shareholder names, share counts, brokerage information, and geographic data.

  • Uploaded documents are processed in an isolated environment
  • Raw documents are not retained after parsing
  • Parsed structured data is stored in the Client's account
  • This data is never shared with third parties or used for any purpose outside the Client's IR Platform

3.4 Advertising Data

For Clients using our Advertising Add-on, we may process audience data for campaign targeting via Meta, Google, and LinkedIn; campaign performance data (impressions, clicks, conversions); and third-party keyword intent signals via our data partner. Ad spend flows directly through each Client's platform accounts — Allocent does not receive or process payment card information for ad spend.

3.5 Email Engagement Data

For Clients using our email activation features, we process investor contact information enrolled in email sequences, email open rates, click rates, and reply behavior, and sequence performance metrics. Emails are sent via a white-labeled Sales Engagement Platform (SEP) under the Client's domain and brand.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Provide and operate the Allocent IR Platform and Advertising Add-on
  • Generate investor scoring and prioritization for our Clients
  • Operate advertising campaigns on behalf of Clients
  • Communicate with Clients about their accounts, services, and updates
  • Improve, test, and develop our platform
  • Comply with legal obligations

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information in the following circumstances:

  • With Clients: Identified investor data and shareholder intelligence is provided to the Client on whose IR website it was collected
  • With our identity resolution partner: Visitor signals from Client IR sites are processed through our partner's identification infrastructure for the purpose of investor de-anonymization
  • With Ad Platforms: Campaign audience and performance data is processed by Meta, Google, and LinkedIn under their respective terms and privacy policies
  • With Service Providers: We use hosting, analytics, and security vendors who process information on our behalf under data processing agreements
  • As Required by Law: We may disclose information in response to valid legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of Allocent, our Clients, or others
  • Corporate Transactions: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred to the successor entity

6. Your Rights & Opt-Out Options

Opt-Out of Investor Identification

To opt out of being identified by Reveal™ on any Allocent Client IR website, use this opt-out page. Because the opt-out is browser-based, you must complete this from each browser you use.

Access and Deletion Requests

If you have been identified through our Reveal™ service and wish to request access to or deletion of your personal information, contact us at privacy@allocent.ai. We will forward your request to the appropriate data provider for handling.

Unsubscribe from Email

If you receive an investor email sent through an Allocent Client's email sequence, use the unsubscribe link in the email footer to stop receiving messages from that Client.

Digital Advertising Opt-Outs

You may also exercise opt-out rights through the Digital Advertising Alliance or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out platforms.

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what categories of personal information we have collected about you, request deletion of your personal information, and opt out of the "sale" of your personal information.

Allocent does not sell personal information. However, our identity resolution data partner does engage in the sale of personal information as part of their own data services business. California residents may submit a Do Not Sell request to our partner directly via this form.

To submit a request directly to Allocent regarding any personal information in our own systems, contact us at privacy@allocent.ai. We will respond within 45 days.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and secure cloud hosting. NOBO and Transfer Agent documents are processed in isolated environments and are not retained in raw form after parsing. No system can guarantee 100% protection from unauthorized access.

9. Data Retention

Investor identification and engagement data is retained for the duration of the Client engagement and for a reasonable period after, unless deletion is requested earlier. NOBO and Transfer Agent document uploads are deleted after parsing. Parsed shareholder data is retained in the Client's account for as long as the account is active. Website visitor data collected through allocent.ai is retained as needed for the purposes described in this policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
